PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Bedroom/Office recently released their occupancy forecast through February, showing bookings far exceeding last year and, in some places, above pre-pandemic levels.
The report is based on data from 19 properties that represent a diversity of accommodation options, including budget hotels and short-term rentals. Reservations and cancellations made after December 15 are not displayed.
On Wednesday, December 29, the occupancy rate was posted at 99%, an increase of 30% compared to the same day last year.
The rate is expected to fall to 58% on January 2, hovering between the 50s and 70s throughout January.
Most dates around New Years and early January show higher occupancy levels than pre-pandemic 2019/early 2020.
